In response to these pressing challenges, the Contract Logistics Observatory of Politecnico di Milano and ALICE are co-hosting a webinar focused on innovative logistics strategies and the essential role of collaboration in creating a resilient, sustainable, and digitally enabled logistics operations.
Drawing on research insights and real-world examples, this session will examine current trends, policies, share strategic approaches, and explore how collaboration is essential to navigate complexity, mitigate disruption and drive forward decarbonisation and digitalisation to succeed in the system transition.
The webinar also marks the start of a strategic collaboration between the Contract Logistics Observatory of Politecnico di Milano and ALICE. Together, we aim to bridge the gap between applied research and European-level innovation agendas, supporting the scaling up of actionable intelligence and best practices across Europe.
