[Workshop] ALICE Women in Logistics lessons learned and future directions

At ALICE, we believe that diversity, skills and workforce adaptation is essential for innovation upscale in logistics. Different perspectives, competences and capabilities drive problem solving, innovation and technology adoption. Adaptability and resilience are key qualities for navigating today’s complex and permanently evolving supply chains. That’s why we’re committed to promoting diversity, fostering an inclusive industry and calling for capability and education programmes that adapt fast to demands arising from the twin transition green and digital. 

The session will serve to share and discuss the lessons learned and feedback received over the first year of ALICE women in logistics initiative and frame future directions included in the recent ALICE publication on the future of logistics embraces diversity.

  • Workshop on the state of play of ALICE women in logistics initiative and approach Moderated by Cristina Martín (CEO Usyncro) and Fernando Liesa (ALICE) Download presentation
    • Interactive sessions with participants that will be contributing to a debate with the objective to validate and contribute further to the lessons learned and share experiences and best practices.
