ZEFES stakeholder survey to capture needs and requirements for the implementation of ZE-HDV.

This survey is conducted under the ZEFES project and focusses on the needs and requirements related to the implementation of Zero-Emission Heavy-Duty Vehicles (ZE-HDV) with GCW>36tons, defined as Battery Electric and hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Heavy-Duty Vehicles (BE-HDV and FCE-HDV) and their infrastructure.

Most of the questions can be answered by selecting one of the predefined answers. We will assess the priority of the needs and requirements by the MoSCoW (Must, Should, Could or Would) methodology or by ranking them.

Depending on the amount of stakeholder group you select and the degree of ZE-HDV implementation in your company, the time needed for the survey can range between 5 and 20 minutes per stakeholder group selected.

The survey exists of 9 pages. However, each page will focus on a certain stakeholder group or aspect of the ZE-HDV implementation. You will not need to fill in all pages. Only the truck end-users have more than 1 page to fill in.
