Vianova joins ALICE to strengthen data-driven innovation in urban freight and mobility

Monday, October 13th, 2025

Vianova, a Paris-based mobility data analytics company, has joined the ALICE network to support collaborative innovation in urban freight, digitalisation, and zero-emission logistics. Specialising in building insights on mobility data , Vianova equips cities, regions, and infrastructure managers with tools to optimise transport networks, manage curbside activity, and reduce emissions- particularly in the context of freight and last-mile delivery.

The AI-Powered Vianova Intelligence Platform converts complex mobility datasets into actionable insights. The company supports over 120 cities and business clients globally and processes more than a million data points daily, enabling real-time understanding of traffic patterns, congestion, vehicle activity, and environmental impact.

Combining spatial intelligence, commercial vehicle tracking, and integrations with operators and fleets, Vianova supports a wide range of applications- from dynamic loading zone management and micro-hub planning to policy enforcement and regulatory monitoring. Their tools contribute to safer streets, more efficient freight operations, and the deployment of Zero Emission Zones.

In the logistics domain, Vianova helps bridge the gap between public space authorities and commercial freight providers by providing insights into kerbside usage, delivery stop behaviours, and potential for improved access management. Their platform also supports the integration of cargo bikes, demand-responsive delivery models, and emission reduction strategies. Examples of recent analyses include Loading Zone planning in Munich and corridor analyses in the Greater Paris region

As an ALICE member, Vianova brings valuable expertise in data standardisation, interoperability, and real-time analytics to support collaborative efforts across the logistics and mobility sectors. With ongoing deployments across Europe and a growing focus on freight optimisation, Vianova contributes directly to ALICE’s Strategic Roadmaps on Urban Freight, Digitalisation, and Sustainability.

We look forward to working together to advance data-driven solutions that help cities, logistics operators, and technology providers deliver smarter, cleaner transport systems across Europe.
