[SEAMLESS Webinar] Dual Horizons: Remote Inland Operations & Autonomous Seagoing Vessels technical, regulatory and human challenges
Wednesday, March 18th, 2026
Remote operation of vessels is often presented as a technological breakthrough. In reality, technology is only one piece of a much larger puzzle.
Successful deployment depends just as much on people, regulatory frameworks, and seamless operational integration. While the underlying systems are already mature and proven, scaling beyond pilots remains constrained by legal structures, organisational readiness, and human factors.
This session looks beyond the technology to explore what it truly takes to move from pilot projects to real-world operations, because scaling remote operations is not just about scaling technology, but about scaling an entire operating model.
