Project45 joins ALICE to support sustainable intermodal logistics and fleet electrification

Friday, February 20th, 2026

ALICE is pleased to welcome Project45 as a new member, strengthening the community’s work on sustainable intermodal logistics and zero-emission transport solutions.

Project45 is a Polish transport company focused on intermodal operations and fleet electrification. The company began by serving the short-sea and last-mile container segment, specialising in 45′ HCPW units for major logistics players. Building on this operational experience, Project45 is now expanding its activities in two strategic directions: electric transport and rail freight.

In the field of electric transport, Project45 is supporting clients in transitioning towards zero-emission solutions, drawing on real operational data from its own electric vehicle pilots. The company’s approach focuses on designing transport systems where electric trucks can operate competitively and efficiently in real-world conditions.

At the same time, Project45 sees significant potential in rail freight, particularly in advancing digitalisation and supporting modal shift in conventional cargo flows as part of more sustainable transport corridors.

By joining ALICE, Project45 aims to connect with organisations working on decarbonisation, intermodal corridors and innovative logistics solutions across Europe, contributing its practical experience in intermodal operations and electric fleet deployment.
