The launching workshop will bring together ALICE members that have expressed interest in joining the Intralogistics Community to:
  • Depict the main conclusions and takeaways of the ALICE Logistics Innovation Summit: Beyond boundaries: Building Europe’s smart and collaborative intralogistics community. The session gathered 50+ participants and focused on shaping the future of intralogistics within the ALICE network. Consensus was raised that automation, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions transform internal material flows, storage, and handling and the raising interest by logistics companies to innovate in the field. Intralogistics is emerging as a vital area for innovation and collaboration and there is need to address interdependencies between intralogistics and external logistics. Warehouses and other facilities are becoming energy hubs and evolving in view of system integration required for transport & logistics automation.
  • Review the feedback received through the Intralogistics Community feedback and engagement questionnaire.
  • Launch and promote the call for members contribution. Members are encouraged to share: Use Cases, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Technical visits, Relevant projects, Funding and R&I opportunities. These will serve to create a baseline of the expertise, interest, and potential contribution to the group.
  • Highlight Horizon Europe calls relevant for the intralogistics Community. In particular, the leadership team from LIMOW will share their target calls for collaborative Research & Innovation in this field.
  • Share the proposal of activities and next steps for 2026.

The workshop is designed to be interactive, ensuring all participants can contribute to shaping the community’s direction and priorities.
