ALICE Brokerage Event 2026

Join ALICE at the General Assembly and Brokerage Event 2026, taking place on 2-3 February 2026 at the Tangla Hotel in Brussels.

ALICE in-person Brokerage Event is designed to support our members in identifying partners and preparing proposals for Horizon Europe 2026-2027 calls. Coupled with the ALICE General Assembly, this two-day in-person event offers a valuable forum for collaboration and engagement across the logistics and supply chain innovation community.

What to expect

2 February, Monday,  12:30 – 18:30: ALICE General Assembly & networking (for ALICE Members only)

Free and open to all ALICE members, with no limit on the number of participants per organisation.

  • Welcome lunch
  • General Assembly (for ALICE Members only)
  • Brokerage activities: 1 to 1 meetings (for ALICE Members only)
  • Evening networking cocktail
3 February, Tuesday,  09:00 – 17:30: ALICE Brokerage Event 2026 (open for external audience with a fee)

ALICE Members receive free passes based on membership level.

  • In-depth overview of Horizon Europe 2026-2027 calls
  • Discussion tables per call topic
  • Brokerage activities: 1-to-1 matchmaking meetings
  • Networking opportunities throughout the day

Participation and tickets

  • ALICE General Assembly (2 February, afternoon): Participation is free and open to all ALICE members, with no limitation on the number of representatives per organisation.
  • ALICE Brokerage Event (3 February):
          ALICE members are entitled to free passes based on their membership level:
    • ALICE Members with a membership fee of €1500 or less: 1 free pass
    • ALICE Members with a membership fee of less than €4500: 2 free passes
    • ALICE Members with a membership fee of €4500 or more: 3 free passes
          Additional tickets for members: €140 (excl. VAT)
          Non-member tickets: €290 (excl. VAT)

To help you prepare to the ALICE Brokerage event, ALICE will organise a preparatory webinar on 8 January 2026 from 15:00 to 16:00 (CET). This online session will include:

  • An overview of the Horizon Europe 2026–2027 calls relevant to logistics
  • Practical guidance on engaging in the Brokerage Event
  • How to use the b2match platform effectively
  • Q&A with the ALICE Secretariat
