Advancing optimisation and AI in logistics: CETIC becomes an ALICE member

We are delighted to welcome CETIC (Centre d’Excellence en Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication) as a new member of ALICE. 

CETIC brings strong expertise in artificial intelligence and data science, optimisation, algorithmics, edge/embedded systems, reliable and secure software and cyber physical systems. Its contributions include open-source optimisation engines such as OscaR.cbls and DDOLib, applied to real-world logistics challenges via the RoutaR SaaS platform. CETIC is also advancing integration of IoT and AI through frameworks such as DMWAY 

CETIC is a non-profit applied research centre in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) accredited by the Walloon authorities. Located next to the Brussels-South Charleroi Airport, Belgium, CETIC’s mission is to support economic development by transferring cutting-edge ICT research to companies, especially SMEs. By integrating these innovations, CETIC helps businesses innovate faster, save costs, and access new markets 

Through its ALICE membership, CETIC looks forward to sharing its expertise, contributing to thematic groups (TG3), and advancing the digitalisation and optimisation solutions critical for building sustainable and resilient supply chains. CETIC is also an active member of Logistics in Wallonia.
