[Workshop] Intralogistics Community Kick-Off

Monday, December 22nd, 2025

This workshop will bring together members of the Intralogistics Community to review recent activities, share key findings, and collaboratively plan the next steps for 2026. We willl focus on summarising summit outcomes, exploring Horizon Europe opportunities, and outlining the work plan for the coming year.
The workshop is designed to be interactive, ensuring all participants can contribute to shaping the community’s direction and priorities.

PRELIMINARY AGENDA

  • Welcome and Introduction. Fernando Liesa (ALICE)
  • Summary of the Summit.
  • Presentation of Questionnaire Results.
  • Horizon Europe Topics of Interest.
  • Results of the call and promotion for:  
    • Use Cases
    • Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
    • Technical visits
    • Relevant projects to the community
    • Funding and R&I opportunities
    • Outlining initial actions, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Work Plan for the Community 2026 & First Activities.

REGISTRATION

Participation is only for members. ALICE members will receive a calendar invitation with connection details. 
Non members can participate by requesting to join the community and completing the corresponding registration form: Join the community. Once membership is confirmed, eligible participants will receive an invitation with the connection details.
