ALICE welcomes OPEN ENLoCC – the European Network of Logistics Competence Centres, a Brussels-based non-profit association dedicated to strengthening regional logistics ecosystems and advancing innovation across Europe. The network brings together regional authorities, logistics clusters, research institutes, and industry actors, creating a collaborative platform for developing practical solutions in freight transport and supply chain management.
OPEN ENLoCC plays a key role in supporting the green and digital transition of regional supply chains. Through its focus on Regional Collaborative Logistics (RCL), the association promotes approaches that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resilience – particularly for SMEs and regional clusters. As a platform for regional action, OPEN ENLoCC enables its members to co-develop projects, test innovations, and translate research into operational impact at local and regional levels.
The organisation’s collaboration with ALICE aims to bridge regional initiatives with European-level priorities, ensuring stronger synergies between territories, innovation networks, and EU programmes. By joining ALICE, OPEN ENLoCC contributes to building a more connected, competitive, and sustainable European logistics ecosystem and supports the coordination of regional innovation with strategic European objectives.
