{"id":1023,"date":"2016-05-20T11:07:20","date_gmt":"2016-05-20T09:07:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/?p=1023"},"modified":"2024-05-23T11:54:51","modified_gmt":"2024-05-23T09:54:51","slug":"letters-of-support-for-rd-project-proposals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/letters-of-support-for-rd-project-proposals\/","title":{"rendered":"Letters of Support for R&#038;I Project Proposals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALICE will issue letters of support for R&amp;D projects proposals willing to collaborate with ALICE in the execution of the project. To that end, the consortium represented by the coordinator agree to join the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/liaised-projects\/\">ALICE liaison programme with projects<\/a> <\/strong>if the proposal is accepted for funding. To that end:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The coordinator will inform the result of the evaluation (positive or negative) and the starting date of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The consortium will include in the proposal the activities described above and foresee the necessary budget for it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For awarded projects:\n<ul>\n<li>A project information sheet will be shared with the project to request the information required to onboard the project in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/liaised-projects\/\">ALICE liaison programme with projects. <\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The Project logo and link to its website will be available on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/liaised-projects\/\">ALICE liaison programme page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>The Project commits to use ALICE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/knowledge-platform\/\"><strong>Knowledge Platform<\/strong><\/a> as one of the channels for dissemination and communication and to update the project\u2019s page regularly\u00a0 and ensure all project public outcomes (public deliverables and project dissemination materials) are available at the ALICE knowledge Platform after the end of the project for post project exploitation. The Project consortium members should join the Knowledge Platform (free of charge). The results and documents can include a link to the profiles of the authors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>To jointly organising events (e.g. webinars, seminars, workshops) or joining any conferences or events ALICE organises, e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pi.events\/\"><strong>International Physical Internet Conference<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> at least twice during the project duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Representative(s) of ALICE can join the Advisory Group of the project upon request by the Project consortium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Representative(s) of the Project will be invited to participate in relevant activities organised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/about-alice\/structure-of-alice\/working-group\/\"><strong>ALICE Thematic Groups<\/strong><\/a> to facilitate cooperation between the project and ALICE. Through these activities, ALICE will identify contributions of the Project to realising <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/?page_id=13\"><strong>ALICE roadmaps<\/strong><\/a> and use outcomes of the projects for development future ALICE roadmaps as well as recommendations for research priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>To join ALICE\u2019s stand at <a href=\"https:\/\/traconference.eu\/\"><strong>TRA<\/strong><\/a> at least once over the duration of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ALICE will support project dissemination through ALICE communication channels, e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/us8.campaign-archive.com\/home\/?u=192177b0e2ffcb23ab168a14e&amp;id=7822924478\"><strong>Newsletter<\/strong><\/a>, website and social media (e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/alice-logistics\/\"><strong>Linked In<\/strong><\/a>). The project partners are welcome to join the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/groups\/8308598\/\"><strong>ALICE Linked In Group<\/strong><\/a> in which they can share news on the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To request ALICE letter of support for a project proposal, please fill it in the following <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etp-logistics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Program-Letters-of-Suport-for-Projects-Proposals-v200406.01.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">form<\/a> <\/strong>and send it to <a href=\"mailto:info@etp-alice.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>info@etp-alice.eu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once received the signed Letter of Intent, ALICE will issue a Letter of Support to the proposal in not more than five working days. ALICE will issue a recognition document to the project as liaised project to ALICE as long as all the above elements are fulfilled.
